ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ В ЦИФРОВОЙ ЭКОНОМИКЕ И ЕЁ ВЛИЯНИЕ НА ОБЩЕСТВО

Аннотация. Высокое проникновение Интернета и возросший уровень использования цифровых устройств создают условия для развития цифровой экономики и общества. Понимание этой модели и управление ею крайне важны при стремлении конкурировать на мировом рынке и обеспечивать высокий уровень жизни граждан. Цель этого исследования — оценить прогресс стран в развитии цифровой экономики и общества и определить области, требующие приоритетных инвестиций и действий. Цифровая экономика остается широко обсуждаемой темой; однако отсутствие единодушного научного определения и детальных исследований этой экономической модели затрудняет понимание цифровых технологий. Для каждого правительства важно проанализировать модель и сосредоточиться на улучшении цифровой экономики, чтобы гарантировать, что страна остается конкурентоспособной в мире в цифровом плане.

CHANGES IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY AND ITS IMPACT ON SOCIETY

Annotation. The high penetration of the Internet and the increased level of use of digital devices create conditions for the development of the digital economy and society. Understanding and managing this model is extremely important when striving to compete in the global market and ensure a high standard of living for citizens. The purpose of this study is to assess the progress of countries in the development of the digital economy and society and to identify areas requiring priority investments and actions. The digital economy remains a widely discussed topic; However, the lack of a unanimous scientific definition and detailed studies of this economic model makes it difficult to understand digital technologies. It is important for each government to analyze the model and focus on improving the digital economy to ensure that the country remains digitally competitive in the world.
