ДЕМОГРАФИЧЕСКАЯ ПРОБЛЕМА В РОССИИ И ПУТИ ЕЕ РЕШЕНИЯ, ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНЫЕ МЕРЫ ПОДДЕРЖКИ МНОГОДЕТНЫХ СЕМЕЙ

Аннотация. Данная статья посвящена характеристике одной из актуальных проблем современности демографической проблеме. В данной статье мы глубоко исследуем демографическую проблему, а также сфокусируем внимание на важной роли, которую играет материнский капитал в решении данной проблемы. Мы также предложим идеи и стратегии, которые могут помочь укрепить демографическую ситуацию в России и обеспечить устойчивое будущее страны. Дано определение понятия «многодетная семья». Работа строится на анализе инструментов дополнительной государственной поддержки многодетных семей в России с учётом социальной и демографической ситуации. В ходе работы был сделан вывод о доработке уже существующих мер и разработке новых инструментов помощи многодетным семьям, которые помогут выровнять демографическую ситуацию в стране.

DEMOGRAPHIC PROBLEM IN RUSSIA AND WAYS TO SOLVE IT, ADDITIONAL MEASURES TO SUPPORT LARGE FAMILIES

Annotation. This article is devoted to the characterisation of one of the urgent problems of our time, the demographic problem. In this article, we will explore the demographic problem in depth and focus on the important role that maternity capital plays in solving this problem. We will also propose ideas and strategies that can help strengthen the demographic situation in Russia and ensure a sustainable future for the country. A definition of the concept of «large family» is given to determine the most effective additional measures to support large families. Part of the work is based on analysing and clarifying the instruments of additional state support for large families in Russia, taking into account the social and demographic situation. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop and implement additional measures of support for large families to overcome the trend of depopulation in Russia.
