REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Annotation.<\/em><\/strong><em> The article discusses the current issues of applying management technologies in providing support to military personnel and their family members, using the example of the social sphere in the Bryansk region. The authors present the results of a secondary sociological study that reflects the challenges faced by participants in the special military operation and their family members. The article highlights the technologies used by social service institutions to assist this category of citizens in difficult life situations. The authors conclude that it is necessary to create conditions for a dignified life for military personnel and their family members through the use of management technologies that are tailored to the
