O.O.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YOUTH PEOPLE&#8217;S PERCEPTIONS OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE: A SOCIOLOGICAL METHODS STUDY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Annotation.<\/em><\/strong><em> This paper examines student youth&#8217;s perceptions of a healthy lifestyle in the context of contemporary social and technological transformations. Recent years have seen significant changes in the perception of health, which is becoming an increasingly multifaceted and complex concept. In this context, particular attention is paid to the influence of youth as a dynamic social group on the formation of health-related behavioral norms. Young people actively participate in the creation and dissemination of new health standards and practices through personal choices and leisure practices. A sociological survey in the form of a questionnaire allows for the collection of both quantitative and qualitative data on common attitudes, motives, and barriers, making it an effective tool for studying this issue. The research results can be used in the development of healthy lifestyle programs at universities, in student healthcare systems, and in educational campaigns at the regional
