ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNDER CONDITIONS OF ENTERPRISE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Annotation.<\/em><\/strong><em> The article proposes a model of an adaptive economic mechanism for project management under conditions of enterprise digital transformation. The research is based on a systemic approach and an analysis of the results of corporate surveys, as well as analytical and academic publications on project management issues. The paper examines the specific features of applying economic instruments of project management at Russian enterprises and identifies key constraints related to goal uncertainty, insufficient maturity of budgeting systems, and import substitution requirements. It is demonstrated that project efficiency is determined not by the choice of methodology, but by the coherence of economic instruments, managerial authority, and resource provision. Based on the analysis, a model of an adaptive economic mechanism is proposed, incorporating strategic, operational, and regulatory levels, ensuring project sustainability in the context of digital
