Economic mechanisms are interpreted as a set of financial planning, budgeting, investment evaluation and motivation instruments that ensure project implementation; their classification according to managerial and functional criteria is proposed. The analysis is based on the study \u201cModern Project Management Practices 2022-2024\u201d and corporate surveys. It is shown that project efficiency is determined by the systematic application of methodology, while key success factors include managerial authority, resource availability and decision-making efficiency.
