CONSCIOUSNESS OF SOCIETY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Annotation.<\/strong><\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>The article considers good faith as a legal category through the prism of a sociological approach to its perception in the legal consciousness of modern Russian society. The study analyzes the formation of ideas about conscientiousness as a socio<\/em><em>-legal phenomenon that affects the legal behavior of participants in public relations. Special attention is paid to the study of the mechanisms of perception of conscientiousness by various social groups, the role of legal awareness in the interpretation o<\/em><em>f this category, as well as the influence of socio-cultural factors on the understanding of conscientious behavior. The author considers good faith not only as a legal norm, but also as a social value formed in the process of legal socialization of society<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Key
