OF THE REGION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE BRYANSK REGION)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Annotation.<\/strong><\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>This article discusses the current issues of management technologies aimed at improving the social sphere of a specific Russian region, namely the Bryansk Region. The authors examine the specific techniques and methods that create a managerial effect<\/em><em> in the social sphere. The article explores several concepts of the organizational structure of a comprehensive social service center as one of the most important elements of the region&#8217;s social sphere and analyzes the parameters that make the management o<\/em><em>f this organization effective. The article presents the results of an author&#8217;s sociological study that allowed for an assessment of both the current state of the organization and its development prospects through the use of
