A.E.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TERRITORIAL IDENTITY OF THE POPULATION: RESULTS OF THE RESEARCH IN THE VOLOGDA REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Annotation.<\/strong><\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>The population identity factor occupies a prominent place in the analysis of long-term and current trends in social development. The further deve<\/em><em>lopment of the country and its territories depends on the level of national and regional identity, value and ideological orientations of the population. The creation of a stable civic identity is impossible without the formation of an identity for one&#8217;s sm<\/em><em>all homeland. The purpose of the article is to identify the factors of territorial identity using the example of residents of the Vologda region. The empirical basis of the study was the data of a sociological survey conducted in the Vologda region in 2023<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Key words:<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<em>city, identity,
