RENTAL IN RUSSIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Annotation.<\/strong><\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>The article analyzes the Russian film distribution market, including attendance, box office revenue, and financial results of the largest networks (Karo, Cinema Park\/Formula Kino, <\/em><em>Kinomax<\/em><em>, etc.), taking into account the impact of digitalization of culture (a unified electron<\/em><em>ic ticketing system), the growth of streaming video (streaming), sanctions policy, and changes in consumer behavior. It is argued that after the decline in demand during the pandemic and the departure of Hollywood studios, the cinema market partially recov<\/em><em>ered in 2023-2024 due to domestic content and higher ticket prices. At the same time, competition with streaming services dictates new requirements for cinema service (comfort, unique experience, marketing), and government initiatives (the unified ticket \u201c<\/em><em>GosBilet<\/em><em>\u201d, support for rural cinemas) lay the foundation for the digital transformation of the industry. The results obtained can be used to develop a strategy for increasing the competitiveness of film distribution networks in Russia<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Key
