ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ СТАНОВЛЕНИЯ ИНКЛЮЗИВНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ: СОЦИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ПАРАМЕТРЫ

Аннотация. Авторы рассматривают социологические параметры исследования предпосылок внедрения инклюзивного образования в Российской Федерации в XXI веке, что актуально для современного состояния данной проблемы. Важно проследить, каким образом развивалось отношение к лицам с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и инвалидам с древних времен до современности, чтобы понять, почему на сегодняшний день с таким трудом протекает данный процесс в нашей стране. В статье показан генезис и эволюция государственного обеспечения включения лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и инвалидов в образовательный процесс, а также представлено изменение взглядов общества на данную категорию граждан. Авторы также рассматривают нормативно-правовую базу обеспечения равных прав лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и инвалидов, отраженная в нормативных законодательных актах современной России. Авторы делают вывод, что всесторонний исторический анализ процессов изменения образовательной среды дает возможность для оценки ориентации развития инклюзивного образования на видимую перспективу, а социологические параметры помогают выявить условия социализации вышеобозначенных лиц и требования, благодаря которым осуществляется включение таких людей в социум.

RESEARCH ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION: SOCIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS

Annotation. The authors consider the sociological parameters of the study of the prerequisites for the introduction of inclusive education in the Russian Federation in the 21st century, which is relevant for the current state of this problem. It is important to trace the development of attitudes towards people with disabilities and impairments from ancient times to the present day in order to understand why this process is so difficult in our country today. The article shows the genesis and evolution of state support for the inclusion of people with disabilities and impairments in the educational process, as well as the changing views of society on this category of citizens. The authors also consider the legal framework for ensuring equal rights for people with disabilities, as reflected in the regulatory legislation of modern Russia. The authors conclude that a comprehensive historical analysis of the processes of changing the educational environment makes it possible to assess the orientation of inclusive education development towards a visible perspective, while sociological parameters help to identify the conditions of socialization of the above-mentioned individuals and the requirements that enable their inclusion in society.
