Based on the analysis of some institutions, the authors come to the conclusion about a fairly broad presentation of the concept of a transaction. The place of the transaction in the system of legal and non-legal actions embodied by the legislator in the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on intermediary contracts is also explored.
