Federation, determine their legal force and use them as a judicial precedent in judicial practice, identify the problems of their enforcement in practice, apply specific scientific, empirical, comparative legal and other studies, give recommendations on the use in practice of the definitions of the Constitutional courts of the Russian Federation, problems of law enforcement are identified
