PROSPECTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Annotation.<\/em><\/strong><em> This article is devoted to the problem of improving the judicial system of the Russian Federation, namely the creation of specialized courts for the consideration of cases arising from family-legal relations, in order to strengthen the institution of the family. The experience of foreign countries in the field under study is also analyzed to improve the efficiency of the functioning of the Russian judicial system in the field of family rights protection. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to create family courts to strengthen the institution of the family and suggests options for amending legislative acts to create family courts
