Understanding and managing this model is extremely important when striving to compete in the global market and ensure a high standard of living for citizens. The purpose of this study is to assess the progress of countries in the development of the digital economy and society and to identify areas requiring priority investments and actions. The digital economy remains a widely discussed topic; However, the lack of a unanimous scientific definition and detailed studies of this economic model makes it difficult to understand digital technologies.
