PROCEEDINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Annotation.<\/em><\/strong><em> Currently, there is no clear regulation of the use of operational investigative information in criminal proceedings. The author&#8217;s analysis of the current criminal procedure legislation, as well as the Federal Law &#171;On operational investigative Activities&#187; allows us to conclude that when using the results of operational investigative activities in the process of proving, there are a number of problems, accounting for which will allow the investigator to prevent the loss of information of
