COMPULSORY SOCIAL INSURANCE AGAINST ACCIDENTS AT WORK AND OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Annotation.<\/em><\/strong><em> The article deals with certain problems of legal regulation of financial and legal relations in compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases, related to the procedure for submitting documents, on the basis of which the insurer (FSS RF) determines the main type of economic activity for policyholders &#8212; legal entities and sets the tariff insurance premium for the next working year. The authors focus on the problematic issues of law enforcement of the rules on the deadlines for filing documents, which is accompanied by numerous disputes between policyholders &#8212; commercial organizations and the insurer (FSS). An analysis of the norms of by-laws and departmental regulations, as well as the legal positions of the highest judicial bodies, made it possible to identify gaps in the legal regulation of the application of the established deadlines for submitting documentation and qualifying the legal consequences of their violation. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to regulate such issues at the legislative level, in particular, directly in the Federal Law \u00abOn Compulsory Social Insurance against
