A.O.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CURRENCY CONTROL AS A BASIS FOR BRINGING TO ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF CURRENCY LEGISLATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Annotation.<\/em><\/strong><em> The article examines the aspects of the relationship between currency control and measures carried out within its framework, with administrative responsibility for violation of currency legislation. It is also pointed out that there is a difference in the scope of powers to bring to administrative responsibility from various currency control bodies. Attention is drawn in the work to the powers of the Federal Customs Service of Russia in bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of currency legislation. The authors determined that the development of currency control is directly proportional to the increase in bringing to administrative responsibility of the
