In the legal literature, approaches to the definition of the term &#171;corporations&#187; are far from ambiguous. The reasons for the differences in the interpretation of the term &#171;corporation&#187; are seen depending on its legal status.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Key words: <\/strong>legal entities,
