RUSSIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Annotation.<\/strong> The purpose of the study is to describe the emergence and development of the Institute of Linguistic examination in Russia. The article reflects the legal and linguistic aspects of judicial linguistic examination: an analysis of the current legislation and a brief review of existing institutes and centers of judicial linguistic examination. The main problems that linguistic experts are working on are named.
