HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES ENTERPRISES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Annotation.<\/strong> The article examines the current state of housing and communal services enterprises. The main problems of personnel potential and its formation are highlighted. The reasons for staff turnover at enterprises operating in the field of housing and communal services are given. Specific examples of tasks that are assigned to organizations working in the housing and utilities sector are given. Options for improving the quality of management in the field of housing and communal services and technology for the formation of an effective personnel policy are proposed. The proposal on the need to create feedback between the heads of enterprises and state and municipal authorities is substantiated.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Key words: <\/strong>personnel potential,
