The paper substantiates the independence of the legal institution under consideration, while analyzing aspects that relate <\/em><em>it to the classical forms of limited property rights to someone else&#8217;s land. The result of the study is the authors&#8217; proposal to include the concept of \u00abquasi-partial easement\u00bb in the theoretical classification of easements and in law enforcement
