DIGITAL TRACES OF CRIME<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Annotation.<\/strong><\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>The article is devoted to the analysis of electronic evidence in the criminal process of the Russi<\/em><em>an Federation. The legal bases of their use, methods of fixation and features of procedural registration are considered. The requirements for working with electronic media, the role of specialists and judicial practice are highlighted. Special attention is<\/em><em> paid to the issues of the permissibility of digital data, their safety and interpretation. The material is relevant for law enforcement officers who are faced with the investigation of cybercrimes and the use of modern technologies in criminal
