CONSULTING SECTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Annotation.<\/strong><\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>In the article, the author analyzes current trends in the field of consulting. The main purpose of <\/em><em>the research is to study the ways of entrepreneurship development and the legal mechanisms necessary for effective regulation of the activities of business entities. The problems that arise in the field of entrepreneurship create the ground for the introdu<\/em><em>ction of comprehensive legal instruments aimed at the implementation and protection of business. One of the key challenges of consulting as a separate business segment is finding clients. Large companies often turn to the services of consulting organizatio<\/em><em>ns, while small and medium-sized businesses do not always show an active interest in this service. Surveys show that consulting for small and medium-sized businesses remains a service that is not always in sufficient demand. The article concludes that it i<\/em><em>s necessary to develop various mechanisms aimed at improving the situation. This is due to the fact that businesses are not always aware of the value of consulting, and entrepreneurs are not willing to pay for intangible assets such as knowledge and
