USE OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN LARGE CITIES OF OUR COUNTRY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Annotation.<\/strong><\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>The objective of the study is to consider the possibility of using the theory of law to today&#8217;s economic processes occurring with state pro<\/em><em>perty. Research methods. The article uses general scientific methods of theoretical and empirical knowledge: the method of scientific abstraction, methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of analogies, the logical method. Results. The creation and imp<\/em><em>lementation of digital platforms for municipal property management is relevant for each municipality in the country. But, given that the budgets of municipalities are different, and accordingly, the possibilities for paying for the service of creating a di<\/em><em>gital platform are also different. The quality of the services provided to the population of the municipality will depend on the quality of the developed digital platform for municipal property management. The development of methodological recommendations <\/em><em>at the federal and (or) regional levels for the creation of digital platforms for municipalities, contributed to a reduction in their cost, would become understandable for both platform developers and their users throughout the country. The novelty of the <\/em><em>article lies in defining the emerging economic relations between municipal authorities and society. According to the author, the results of the study can be used at the municipal level.
