БЕЗРАБОТИЦА: СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ РАЗВИТИЯ

Аннотация. В данной статье рассматривается современное состояние безработицы РФ и перспективы её развития в условиях современной экономики. Объектом исследования выступают причины и последствия безработицы на уровне страны. Значимость исследования обусловлена влиянием безработицы на социально-экономическую устойчивость и уровень жизни населения. Для анализа использованы методы статистики, сравнительного анализа и прогнозирования. По итогам работы определены основные факторы, формирующие динамику безработицы, а также предложены рекомендации по её снижению и адаптации рынка труда к изменяющимся экономическим условиям.

UNEMPLOYMENT: CURRENT STATE AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

Annotation. This article examines the current state of unemployment in the Russian Federation and the prospects for its development in a modern economy. The object of the study is the causes and consequences of unemployment at the national level. The significance of the study is due to the impact of unemployment on socio-economic stability and the standard of living of the population. Methods of statistics, comparative analysis and forecasting are used for the analysis. Based on the results of the work, the main factors shaping the dynamics of unemployment were identified, as well as recommendations for reducing it and adapting the labor market to changing economic conditions.
