ПЕРВЫЕ «СОВЕТЫ» У ИСТОКОВ РЕВОЛЮЦИИ

Аннотация. В настоящей статье автор анализирует историю возникновения советов рабочих депутатов в начале XX века, описывает создание первого – Иваново-Вознесенского совета. Автор приходит к выводу, что «народное творчество масс» было вторичной причиной его создания, а первичной – деятельность большевиков, которые и управляли Советом по факту. В качестве вывода, указывается на утопичность идеи «Советов» в принципе, поэтому даже в советском государстве такие советы приобрели иное значение и подчиненную роль по отношению к государству.

FIRST «TIPS» AT THE SOURCES OF THE REVOLUTION

Annotation. In this article, the author analyzes the history of the emergence of councils of workers’ deputies at the beginning of the 20th century, describes the creation of the first — Ivanovo-Voznesensky council. The author comes to the conclusion that the «folk art of the masses» was the secondary reason for its creation, and the primary reason was the activities of the Bolsheviks, who ruled the Council in fact. As a conclusion, it is pointed out that the idea of ​​»Soviets» is utopian in principle, therefore, even in the Soviet state, such councils acquired a different meaning and a subordinate role in relation to the state.
